I received a call from one of the hiring managers and scheduled my interview for the next week. My interview was at the home office in Jax. I arrived and gave my info to the security guard, I will say that I was very early...so I sat there for bit. When it was time for my interview the ladies came down and got adjusted in the room. Then I was called back and everyone introduced themselves to me. It was a very warm and relaxed atmosphere, didn't feel nervous at all. The lady who was the hiring manager, went over the position and explained exactly what they expected. She inquired if I was good with the role and continued the interview. She asked me a situational question and I answered it and was able to elaborate more on the question which then answered several of their other questions. I was asked one more behavioral question, which then led them to ask me about my current position and they seemed really impressed with my knowledge of Epic and my work ethic. They then pretty much offered me the job on the spot and told me to keep my phone close for the offer call. It was probably one of the best interviews I have ever had.
