I applied online. I interviewed at Nemours Children's Health in Aug 2023
Interview
Completed an online application and then the recruiter reached out to schedule a call. The call was very generic and went very well. The recruiter scheduled another call for me with the hiring manager but then I was notified that the job was terminated.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Nemours Children's Health (Wilmington, DE) in Apr 2023
Interview
I went through 8 rounds of interview and a follow up meeting with them. All of the interviews were behavioral question-based. They finally extended an offer but later rescinded it because I asked for a higher salary and that I needed visa sponsorship. The salary they offered was 20-30% lower than what was offered at a nearby hospital. Since salary negotiation is a common practice, it would have been preferable if they had upheld they initial offer. Visa sponsorship should not have been a problem because they have sponsored people whom were paid less than me. The fact that they refuse to invest in candidates they considered fitting for this position shows the lack of sympathy.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All pretty standard behavioral questions. What would your manager say you are good at? What area would your manager say you can improve? What are three strengths you have? What would you do in a conflict? etc.
