Interview process was smooth. Contacted very quickly after initial application submission. Odd that there was no initial HR screener call but had a very friendly relaxed conversation during both the first and second interview. The negative experience came after the second interview when I was ghosted. Even after two follow up emails I was left with no responses regarding next steps, application status, etc. It's been 2 months and I had only found out I was not selected by logging into the Nemours careers site. Very unprofessional considering this is for a position that should prioritize next steps and follow ups. I don't mind that I was not offered the position but I do mind being left in the dark especially when I have multiple referrals from current employees.
