NeoGenomics interview questions

Applied online. First, Got an email to set up a phone call with HR to discuss qualifications. Second, another phone call with my future manager to discuss interest it role and qualifications. Third, conference call with department manager, manager, and project coordinator to discuss interest and qualifications. Lastly, invited for an onsite to meet with manager to discuss responsibilities, get a tour of the lab, and meet with other employees. Offer, sent out a few days later. It took about one month for everything from applying to receiving offer. Everyone was very polite and friendly but I did need to be on top of my game and proactive to beat other applicants.
