It's pretty loose, but you have to know your stuff. Several rounds of interviews but they're not bad at all! There was a round with people who would be your manager and with the higher ups.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NeoXam (Boston, MA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Long and drawn out - not a lot of background on the company. I found more on here than reading about them elsewhere. The north america team is an offshoot of the european firm. I was contacted by a recruiter and after a month I got another interview. I bet they first interviewed me and thought someone else was better, but that person might have bailed after initial contact.
