I applied online and was emailed by a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was average, pretty standard questions about my background and information about the role. The recruiter seemed very interested in my qualifications, so it was a surprise when days later, I was met with silence. I would have more respect if they had sent a rejection email. Interestingly enough, Neon One works with nonprofit organizations to create tools/software solutions. I wonder how this basic lack of humanity and compassion in interacting with their interview candidates fits with their mission and values.
