Got this email, took the assessments and never heard back from them. The next step in our process is a pre-employment assessment. The assessment tool we use is powered by Wonderlic and it evaluates your cognitive skills, motivation and personality as it relates to the role you are interested in. This is used to get to know you better and can help build your onboarding plan upon hire. It is a 3-part assessment, which might sound daunting, but don’t worry. No studying or preparation needed, and you can do it from home in about 30 minutes. Also please note that the first component, Cognitive, is a timed exercise, so be sure you have no interruptions.
