Il processo di selezione è molto chiaro ma molto lungo (circa due mesi). Si compone di un primo incontro con referent HR, secondo incontro con responsabile diretto, terzo incontro con il responsabile di funzione. Non ho per niente apprezzato il fatto che, arrivata alla fine del processo, invece di una mail dalla referente HR in cui mi veniva detto che avevano scelto un altro candidato mi sia arrivata una mail automatica di rifiuto uguale a quelle inviate quando si manda l'application.

Way too long long and drawn out. Phone, face to face, online, another face to face across 8 weeks. Basically told me I had the role then said they were restructuring it.
