I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ness Digital Engineering (Mumbai) in Apr 2018
Interview
Beware of this process and dont leave current job until they roll offer
1. First took telephonic
2. Second technical
3. HR round
4. Client interview
Then they called me and told that I am selected and asked to fill a detailed form. After that they gave me LOI with salary breakup. I expected the offer to get rolled soon but after following up for 1 and half months they replied me that this position is lost. So never believe in this company they just keep you on hold and then throw your candidature when they realize that they can manage without hiring you in project. If they did not want to hire why did they let me fill such a detailed form and then set up skype for client round. Horrible experience.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ness Digital Engineering (Bengaluru) in Sep 2023
Interview
Process was smooth and quick, followup needed depends on when the client is responding.
I did follow up thrice and got response every time even if there was no feedback from client.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Ness Digital Engineering (Bengaluru)
Interview
I have applied for Business Analyst opportunity during Oct 2019. It was on Weekday Walk-in Drive. Interview Process involved 3 rounds. HR Recruiter has coordinated decent but could have been better in getting the mandate skills required for the opportunity. Otherwise, Interview process is good and I was able to clear 75% of the required.
However during Manager round, I was kept on hold due to banking skill AML not knowledgeable enough to move forward.
