I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ness Digital Engineering (Bengaluru) in Jun 2019
Interview
I was called for 2 face to face technical discussions for the position of senior .net developer at the Bengalore kormangala location. I cleared both interview rounds and HR discussion on the same day. Next day I was informed you need to attend one more technical discussion with Software architech since your profile is matched for the Team Lead position. Since then I have attnded and cleared listed interview rounds.
1) Technical Discussion (F2F)
2) Technical Discussion (F2F)
3) HR Round (F2F)
4) Technical Discussion with Software Architech (Telephonic)
5) Techno Program Director (Telephonic)
6) Client Round (Skype video US)
7) Again Final HR discussion.
Interview process took around 4+ week. I had submitted all the requested documents and was waiting for the offer letter. After some days I dropped followup email and came across the thing that my expectation do not match with there budget. The reality is that they do not contacted me for there budget and before interview I had clarified my expectation to them.
I felt like I have wasted my time and this is one of the worst recruitment process I have gone through. There is no professionalizm at all.
