I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Ness Digital Engineering (Hyderābād) in Apr 2022
Interview
I have gone through the interview process with Ness Technologies and completed first round and it went fine.
While I am going through second round there are 4 people in the panel and they have asked few questions first and then started asking out of subject topics like I am going for a SQL DBA interview and the guys are asking Oracle DBA questions and laughing in themselves.
I think this is something degrading situation to me .
Please make sure what you are asking and for what position you are doing an interview for.
Interview was with a senior dev. Mainly asked questions based on resume and projects, and some other basic stuff tech questions etc. No behavioral questions at all, just technical. No follow ups
Good interview. And it is easy to crack the interview. Mostly java related and spring related questions. Prepare well before applying and you will find it easy to crack it.
