Interview process at Ness was cool. There were three rounds and couple of interviews were pure technical. Interviewer was polite and know how to get answers for the questions raised.

The interview process was very good, I liked the punctuality in scheduling the interviews. Also, I have liked the reminders and interviewer discussions.
Overall, an awesome experience with recruiter and support even after joining the Organization in terms of onboarding and induction sessions. I am happy to be part of the team and looking forward to give my best !
