I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé in Aug 2019
Interview
I applied for the Finance and Accounting Internship for the summer of 2020. First, there is an HR phone screen with basic behavioral questions and making sure you understand that you must be ok with relocating. Then, I had a one on one interview with a finance manager. He was a very good interviewer making things more conversational and relaxed. In hindsight I probably should have been less casual. I was denied after that. If I would have moved on, they make interns go up to Arlington to have in person interviews.
call with the person would be my manager, got the offer one day later. it was only one person since it was only an internship. it was online and it lasted around one hour at most
Will ask questions, includes behavioral questions, introductions, ask how many hours are you to render in the said internship. Also asked technical skills and make you rate. It is also important that you ask questions towards the very end of the interview.
The interview process was very simple. The manager was very friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole interview. The interview process consisted of one interview/screening call.
