It was via 3rd party The interview had total Five rounds Zoom interview, Quiz, Group Presentation, Viva And Final Viva. Final round was held at the head office. It was pretty open discussion.
Very formal. Multiple stages. This company seems to have a very structured format for how they'd like field reps to operate and will provide endless resources to ensure success. Expect to spend time after field work utilizing the computer for around 10 hours a week.
