The first call with a recruiter (Screening), then an interview with the recruiter and line manager. Each call was 30 minutes and via Microsoft teams. They get back to you with a response within a week and are very professional throughout.

The assessment appeared to be straightforward and equitable for a recent graduate, with questions that were not overly complex.
The panel was very welcoming and friendly, and they made feel comfortable.
