Very slow, very long, very unorganised. The process took a few months and every time I contacted them they said they were still working on it and made several different excuses each time. Started with a phone interview/screening, then a 1st round face to face interview, then a 2nd round interview which included presentation of a case study. In the end I received an offer for the position. Each brand/business within the organisation has different HR processes/departments, so you may have a very different experience applying for a different business within Nestle.
