Interview
The interviewer was very friendly and they will ask mainly about ourselves and our leadership experiences. How we handle difficult situations and our experience in taking risks and challenges. Overall, the interview was very fun and compact.
The application process is overly complex, with multiple lengthy steps that seem unnecessary. Despite investing time and effort, the rejection notice lacks clarity, offering no explanation or rationale for the decision. This leaves applicants frustrated and confused, wondering what went wrong and why their candidacy couldn't be further considered. Clarity and transparency in the selection process are essential to provide candidates with constructive feedback and maintain trust in the institution's procedures.
