The first round of interviews is a personality test take as a game with different challenges on decision making and cognitive skills. Second round of interviews was a panel interview with HR and member of department. background check done, questions asked on projects done and problems solved. Was quite nice, there was a technical aspect and I had to complete three assignments based around engineering in only 45 minutes. The strength-based interview was fairly standard and I had a good experience. Interviewer was friendly.

It went very smoothly, started with a gamified screener interview (online and asynchronous) which was followed by an interview with HR, and then another with the supervisor. As long as you do generally well in the screener, you'll be okay
