First HR calls to review your CV, salary expectations, etc. If you are within the expected profile, you participate in an interview recording, where within a period of time, questions will appear and you will have to answer them. There is a chance to prepare with mock-up questions to understand how the system works, but once you start officially you cannot re-do any question, since the answer will be saved. If this is successful you will be invited to interview with the hiring managers (amt of interviews will depend on the availability and the specific skills of the role).
