Ghosted after initial interview which I find incredibly rude and have never experienced before in HR. Very disappointing from a global company with a good reputation. If people take the time to prep for interview, common courtesy is to respond to emails and let people know the outcome.

Good. Non technical. 2 rounds. First technical and then non technical . They asked a lot of HR BEI type questions in both rounds. All were very senior team during the interview.
