I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Nestlé (Shah Alam) in Jul 2023
Interview
The entire process is quite long tbh. Started with online assessment (which I would say kind of difficult) and virtual one-way video interview. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to the assessment centre, which for engineering it would be at Shah Alam. The first stage is case study group presentation. You'll be given 40 minutes to discuss with your group to come up with strategies to solve the hypothetical question/task. My tips is you need to be proactive and be actively involved in the discussion and during the presentation because you will be assessed during this entire process. If you passed this stage, you will undergo panel interview and final interview (if further shortlisted after panel interview). Overall, I love the experience as I get to meet many amazing and talented people. I'm thankful enough to be invited to the assessment centre as not just anyone is given the opportunity to be there as the competitiveness is very high.

I applied online. I interviewed at Nestlé (Kuala Lumpur) in Jul 2026
Interview
I have done the online assessment. It is quite rushed because have time limits. It includes a personality test, cultural behavior, work interest, logical test, and verbal reasoning and logical test. As far as I know, it is not really hard, but in a short time. So i dont even know what the result will get.
Few stages to the interview (personality test, video interview, group assessment and a panelist interview right after, final interview]. The group assessment is the most challenging as this is the stage where most people get eliminated.
30 min Group interview , have to discuss a business case study with other interviewees, after the discussion have to present to the interviewer. They very focus on the leadership skills
