I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Asked multiple behavioral questions. Consisted of multiple STARS interview process questions such as reactions to certain situations, work history, experience, and why you want to work for Nestle. Was a three on one interview which was not intimidating by any means. The questions were very easy considering the caliber of the company.

Name one time you had to respond when things didn't go as planned.
Great interview
Went thru the process, had a phone call interview and talked to one of the recruiters.
We talked about the program then talked about me and why I wanted to work for Nestle
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé in Sep 2019
Interview
Heard about the program online, applied a few days later. Got an email requesting a 30 minute phone interview. After setting it up and being forced to reschedule twice, eventually got on the phone with a Recruiter. Very conversational, and only asked 1 STAR based behavioral question that they said I answered "perfectly." Was told she would reach out to me by the end of the week. After not hearing anything, I requested feedback, and got ghosted. Pretty negative experience based on the caliber of the company.
