the interview as I remember is a one way video interview, where you've given a question and some time to prepare your answer before actually saying it. overall a nice experience and a highly demanded position for the fresh graduates.

Question 1
Explain the situation where you have to work with a team or staff and how you interacted with them
Few stages to the interview (personality test, video interview, group assessment and a panelist interview right after, final interview]. The group assessment is the most challenging as this is the stage where most people get eliminated.
30 min Group interview , have to discuss a business case study with other interviewees, after the discussion have to present to the interviewer. They very focus on the leadership skills

Interview
It was a nice session and the interviewer was very welcoming and made the vibes more relaxing than intimidating. Also helping us to be more spesific to our answer. Overall so many thing I’ve learned from that session
