Interview
Vorstellung der beiden Gesprächspartner (Vorgesetzte und eine weitere Mitarbeiterin). Danach wurde das Unternehmen kurz vorgestellt, sowie der Bereich. Im Anschluss folgte die Vorstellung meinerseits und der Lebenslauf wurde durchgegangen. Es folgte eine kurze klassische Fragerunde und es wurde eine kleine Aufgabe zum Thema Marktforschung gestellt, welche innerhalb von 5 Minuten bearbeitet werden sollte.

Interview
Two interviews : one with the human resources and if successful the other with the other manager asking you about your expectations and what you’ll do. They are really people oriented.
First phone interview with HR, which went smooth. Then, video conferencing interview with brand manager focused mainly on quantitative questions (such as market sizing) rather than get-to-know you ones (only one question on my previous experience and my motivation to work for the company/brand).
