I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé (Sydney) in Jan 2016
Interview
3 stages- traditional interview, followed by presentations, and aptitude testing. Met with team manager, HR and division manger. All were very friendly, seems like a great team to work in. The environment was professional, yet also relaxed. I got the impression that Nestle take a lot of effort in recruiting new talent, and I felt as though the staff were completely engaged throughout the interview and presentations. HR were really quick with answering questions and providing info. Overall it was a great experience.
