I had one phone interview and three hours of onsite interviews. Everything was what I expected; there was a series of behavioral interview questions. Each interview began with me giving a synopsis of my background. There were no case questions. People were generally friendly and personable and interested to hear about my experience. There may have been some follow-up probing questions, but nothing too crazy.
