I was interviewed over the phone and I thought it went really well. Courtney (in HR) was sweet and nice. She explained everything that was going to happen (silence so she could type my answers, full job description, and what I could expect). I think she was impressed by at least 1 of my questions I had at the end. It showed that I actually did research the company and was interested in being part of the purina team/family and not just a mindless drone in need of a paycheck. Unfortunately, I was not offered the position but I'll be watching for other employment opportunities within the purina family.
