Question 1
Name a project that you started working on but had to change plans half way through.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé Purina U.S. (Saint Louis, MO) in Sep 2016
Interview
One of the HR contacts messaged me on LinkedIn for an informal chat (he specifically mentioned that it was "not an interview"). A few weeks later, I had a phone screen with another recruiter (he actually had a meeting run late during our first call and missed our first interview, without giving me advance notice).
The phone screen with HR was very straightforward (walk me through your resume, 2 behavioral questions). It lasted just 20 minutes. The recruiter was extremely dry, and provided very little information to my follow-up questions (did not elaborate on the company culture, for example).
I actually got an offer from another company and reached out to Purina to follow up, as I had limited time to respond. The recruiter did not even acknowledge my phone or email. A few days later, I got a generic email rejecting me in the process, which I found very unprofessional.
