I interviewed at Nestlé Purina U.S. (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
Very underwhelming experience with this well-known company. Received an email asking me to schedule a phone interview, which would include behavioral-based questions. Interviewer seemed inexperienced and unprofessional on the phone. She had trouble listening, understanding, and typing up my responses. I also didn't get the sense that she ever read my resume.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nestlé Purina U.S. (Saint Louis, MO) in Jul 2016
Interview
Very formal approach to interviewing. Phone screener consists of a few general questions about your background and salary expectations and concludes with two behavioral-based questions. I didn't pass this stage of the process, but I was told by the HR person that in-person interviews would be three hours long in which three separate interviewers would each ask four more behavioral-based questions. Be prepared to have lots of stories and use the word "I" a lot as opposed to "we."
