The interview process was quick and very informative. It started with a phone interview, and 3 hours later the company booked my flight from California to Iowa for an in-person interview 3 days later. Very quick turnover and straightforward process. Once there in person at their manufacturing facility, an overview of the program and company background was given, followed by a tour of the facility. Day 2 of interview were with various managers of departments, and lasted 4 hours.
