Group Creative Directors met with me over lunch to review my book and my CV. We discussed the position at length as well as the content of my book, job expectations, previous experience, and any follow up material that I needed to show them in order to be considered. Group Creative Directors sent me to Executive Creative Director on a subsequent day, and to the General Manager to share same book, for a total of three interviews.
