Interview
First phone interview is conducted by the HR. No technical problems, but behavioral questions like introducing yourself, some basic questions like your visa status, if you need a sponsorship, etc. In the end, she will ask what questions you have about her? Prepare in advance!
Informal phone interview lasted about 30mins. Was told I would hear from a specific location in a week if I make it to the next round. Heard within a few days and was flown to the on site location. Very pleasant experience. All employees were very nice and welcoming. The on site interview day consisted of 4, 1 hour interviews all behavioral based.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Nestlé Purina U.S.
Interview
The entire process was made very comfortable. I am in college and interviewed with a lot of different companies and Purina was easily the most comfortable. I applied online and received a call the next day scheduling a phone interview. The phone interview was relaxed and what anyone would expect. Almost a week later they emailed me saying that they wanted me to come and interview on site. Once I was at the site they gave me a brief tour of the facility and let me ask questions and meet a lot of the management that I would be working closely with if I got the job. The next day was when I was interviewed by some of the people I met the day before.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé Purina U.S. in Jan 2015
Interview
I applied through my university's career website and was invited to partake in a first round phone interview. Overall, the interview went was pretty straightforward. I was asked to give a brief background of myself and my experience and then was asked three behavioral questions afterwards. However, after the interview process, I felt that human resources was rather disrespectful towards me. I was told that I would receive email soon about whether or not I advanced to the next round, yet after about two weeks went by I had not heard anything. As a result, I decided to call the representative who interviewed me but she did not answer the phone so I left a message. A few days later, I eventually went onto the website to check my application status to find out that I did not advance to the next round. I was not really bothered by the fact that I did not advance as much as I was by the fact that I was promised some sort of notification and received nothing. Overall, from an outside view, the company needs to work on their manners a bit while also increasing the amount of clarity within their interview and hiring process.
