Both the phone interview and in person (video call due to covid) were as expected. Purina uses Behavioral Based interview questions and HR did a great job providing resources as to what to expect. Advice would be to make sure you have plenty of situations prepared since it looks a lot better not to reuse examples for the behavioral based questions. Everyone was nice and seemed to really enjoy working for the company. My only complaint is that they do not provide any feedback from interviews which is unfortunate.

Applied in mid-Nov, had a phone interview scheduled within a week. Interview went well, the interviewer was easy to talk to and provided a lot of detail on the job and interview process. Ultimately, I was not the right fit for the position and they let me know within a week after the call that I would not be moving to the next round.
