Apply for internship program the next week was scheduling a phone interview. Recruiter was nice and interview was not that hard. Didn't make it past the phone screening it was my first interview since transitioning out of the military.

The HR person called me to make an appointment, which was a little unexpected because they usually correspond through email and we set up an interview time on the same day itself. It was a good interview and my interviewers were great as well.
