Initial contact was via email to send my availability directly to a HR rep. The interviewer was over 20 minutes late in contacting me the day of the phone interview. I recited back my application (work history and salary) and was asked one behavioral question. There was no mention of the job itself or how I might fit into the role. It took nearly 6 weeks to receive the auto-generated rejection email.
