A lot of your corporate questions. No room for small talk. Intense run of the mill questions. Phone call after an email invite. Person was not receptive to responses. Just said okay next question. After the interview I had the feeling that it wasn't a place I would want to work if there was no room for error/emotion.

One screening interview followed by three hour interview. The screening interview was less than an hour and asked about my background, skills, and why I wanted the job. The full interview used more behavior based questions.
