My experience was weird. I applied twice, and had a weird interaction with the team both times. First application, I received an email telling me that they chose another candidate. Three days later, someone called me saying that I was a good fit and encouraged me to apply to another post only to ghost me the very same day when I emailed him. Never heard back from that person. I reapplied for another similar job, waited for weeks, nothing happened on a Saturday, so I just retracted my application and put working at Nestle-Purina behind me. The next day, yes, on Sunday night, the hiring manager called me to schedule an interview. I accepted just to see how things go. The interview went well, I didn't mention the application retraction, they didn't either... the elephant in the room was not addressed. The interview went well, it was civil, polite, and the two people who interviewed me were very nice... but it was really weird! I guess it's a good company, but I had a weird experience with them. Needless to say, I was ghosted again after the interview! Anyway, not a bad experience, just bizarre... and it makes me smile when I think about it which I guess is a good thing.
