I only made it to the phone interview :(. The phone interview lasted about 30 min. I was asked two behavior -based questions. I thought the interview was great. I made sure I use the STAR method and ask questions at the end. I was really interested in this position at Nestle Purina.

The process included setting up a phone interview with the recruiter, then an in person interview with the hiring team. The phone interview took about 30 minutes, while the in person interview lasted about an hour per person, so a total of 3 interviews in three hours. All questions asked were the behaviorally based interview questions, so have situation-task-action-result type answers prepared. Things moved quickly, I applied 4/10, was contacted later that day to set up a phone interview, had my phone interview 4/11, was contacted about the in-person interview 4/12, had my in-person interview 4/18, and got my verbal offer 4/28. The delay was because the hiring manager was out of office for a week. My start date was 5/22! Everyone was friendly and professional, and I was impressed at how good at communicating the recruiter/hiring team was.

Applied online and the same day received an email to set up a phone interview for the following week. I had read reviews so I knew they were going to ask behavior based questions and I was well prepared. The phone screen was rushed. The interviewer obviously knew they had found other candidates that fit the role. She didn't explain the job and only asked on question with my follow up questions.
