The interview process started with a phone interview, which was about one hour long, and then to several face to face interviews at the headquarters in St Louis. The phone call was conducted by an HR representative who was very polite and encouraging. The in-person interviews were a bit intimidating. There were 3 interviews, each lasting about an hour long. Overall the staff conducting the interviews were very polite and did everything in their power to put me at ease during the whole process.
