The interview process at this company, within this department, is truly a joke. They pride themselves on behavioral based questions, yet have employees in place conducting interviews that pass up superior candidates because they don’t want to hire anyone “better than themselves”. I’ve been told this regarding this department from multiple current employees and recently experienced it myself. Dodge a bullet and seek employment elsewhere. Department has had a large turnover of good employees. If you’ve worked in business for any amount of time, there’s always a valid reason when all the good employees are jumping ship. Poor and unsuccessful management in this department shows within the interview and hiring process.

Fairly quick process- contacted by a recruiter and had a phone interview scheduled the following week. Once I passed the phone interview, I was then scheduled to meet with a panel for a three hour interview with a series of behavioral based questions. Was then made a offer within 24 hours of completing the face to face interview.
