To ensure a fair and consistent approach to interviewing, we require candidates complete a phone screen for all roles and locations. This is not only to confirm a candidate’s basic qualifications for a role, but to allow candidates to communicate their needs and expectations and ask questions. Additionally, our behavior-based interviewing questions allow us to understand past performance, predict future performance and allow candidates to tell a story that shows us what is important to them and how they work.
