First phone interview was with one person that lasted 1.5 hours of discussing my resume, interests, and then covered two situational questions. In general, it was easy and relaxing. One catch that you need to watch out is that most of the questions asked for the most recent time. I have great examples from the last 5 - 10 years, so you need to balance how good of an example and time period want to use.
