Interview
After submitting my resume and application online, an interviewer responded the following day to schedule a phone interview for the following week. The interview lasted approximately 45 minutes with an overview of work experience and behavioral based questions. He notified me that I would hear about a potential on-site interview within 2 weeks. Shortly before the 2 week mark, I received a call about scheduling an on-site. I was directed to their travel department, who worked around my school schedule and small town airport schedule. The on-site interview consisted of 3-one hour meetings with the Plant Accounting Controller, Financial Accounting Manager, and HR Manager. I was also able to meet the Plant Manager and other various department managers. I was notified once again that I would hear whether I received the position within 2 weeks. I received a call 2 days later with an offer.

Interview
After a 1-hour phone interview, they fly you out to a plant for 2 days. It was really nice to relax on day 1: meet people, tour the plant, information sessions. The current trainees guide you through the entire process and are so helpful in answering all questions. Day 2 was a marathon of behavioral interview questions, meeting with about 5 different people back to back.
