I applied online and about 2 days later I received an email asking about setting up a phone interview. I had a 45 minute behavior based phone interview about a week later. 5 weeks after my phone interview, I received an email inviting me to do an in house interview at the St. Louis Headquarters. I accepted, and a few days after, I had an ambassador contact me to explain the role I would be performing and how the interview process works. I was able to email her at any time with any questions I came up with. For the in house interview, Purina arranged a hotel room for me to stay in the night before. I spent a full day 8-4:30 at the facility getting tours, presentations, and sitting through 3 1-hour long behavior based interviews. It was exhausting, but everyone was super nice and welcoming. The campus was beautiful also. I have never had a group take such care of there potential employees during an interviewing process. It was great. Then 2 weeks after the second interview, I received a phone call with the offer.
