I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé Purina U.S. (Saint Louis, MO) in Jan 2016

Interview

Interviewed for 3 hours with 1 person each hour. All behavioral based questions with the exception of the first hour. That person asked for me to summarize all answers about myself within 90 seconds (past experience, last role, etc.). The other two were extremely friendly and asked the normal behavioral based questions. However, you better be skilled in those type of questions. That is the primary focus but make sure your answers correspond to examples relative to the position.

Tell me about a time you gave a bad presentation. Tell me about a conflict on a project or with another person. Explain an application development project that you managed. Explain when you had conflicting tasks...how did you prioritize. Tell me about your last review from your prior (or existing) employer...what were your strengths and what were your items to work on for next year.
