This was my first organization. I started my career with Net Solutions The process was like this: - First I had written test which was technical (basic questions on C, C++, logics, find bugs in code etc) - After 2 weeks, the result was out and I was invited for the next round. It was with Project Manger, again to test my basic logical ability - After 1 week, the result was out and I was again invited for the last round with CTO. It was again technical and it went well. The guy was really cool. This interview went for like 20 min max comparative to 2nd round which took 1.5 hrs. The result was out on the same day and I was selected :)
