Interview
Initial communications were clear and directed. The planning process involved an onsite series of interviews by five individuals, both in single and group settings. The triangulation process on my abilities was well executed and allowed me to promote myself in additional ways than my resume alone would have suggested. Overall, the process was well organized and efficiently run. It worked out well for both sides.

When traveling with your manager, how would you determine which item to address in passing bad information along to him/her, when two events have just occurred: 1) your largest account has just cancelled a 7-figure order, and 2) the enhancement request upon which you had been counting for 65% of your annual sales, will be pushed back because of engineering delays?
