There will be a telephonic interview with the HR Director in US and then the HR Director in UK. After the onsite interview with HR Director UK, she introduces you to the Sales Director who asks how you will target individuals if you don't share the sales network that he has.

I sincerely apologize you had a negative experience and my team is always looking to improve the interview process and it is feedback like yours that helps us with our quality control procedures. This role was a new role for us in the UK and we were uncertain what we actually required from the candidate and thus hiring managers may have had different requirements. This does happen from time to time and I am sorry this occurred during your process.
