Very informal. Doesn't feel like an actual interview. You may come and fill-out an application right there and then leave and for them to contact you. Sometimes they may invite you to the office for interview right away. However, be careful to specify the location if you it matters for you.
The interview process was super easy and quick. I was able to get hired on the spot and was also given hours right away. I would definitely recommend this position and it was a great starting point into my career.
