Worst candidate experience I've had in 20 years. Amateur hour. NE reached out (happily employed). No JD, was bounced to three or four people different people, scheduling was a disaster, recruiter screen rescheduled at the last minute. The role I was reached out to was initally was different than discussed during the screen. No idea what market comp. The recruiter was unprepared. General softball questions
